New Media, a Connecticut-based band of 18 year old musicians, is already a commercially viable, talented and professionally focused group. New Media has crafted a tight, professional, haunting, darkly powerful sound. Influences range from Black Sabbath to Incubus, Radiohead, Bush, and Creed. The sound is unique and commercial – hard, yet melodic… with signature vocals, virtuoso guitar, and bass and drum work that weave together to form a distinctive presence. Gig and studio-tested, New Media has produced many original songs. They have crafted over 20 original works. New Media is currently going back into the studio for more demo work, and the band is expanding its gig repertoire for touring around the New York metro area.
